The African Culture Group presents music, dances and traditional Culture from various African regions and ethnical groups especially from Gambia. According to the event different types of drums and other traditional instruments are used for the performance. A special instrument is the Kora - a harp with 21 strings. The Kora is traditionally played by the Griots to perform rites de passage, to tell african history and other stories.
Die African Culture Group präsentiert Musik, Tänze und traditionelle Kultur aus afrikanischen Regionen und ethnischen Gruppen insbesondere aus Westafrika. Je nach Event werden Trommeln und andere tradtionelle Instrumente eingesetzt. Eine Besonderheit ist die Kora, eine 21 saitige Stegharfe, die die Griots bei Familienereignissen, Vermittlung afrikanischer Geschichten und Kultur einsetzen.
